Title: Retail Chain Sales Associate
Reports to: Key Account Sales Manager
Company seeking an administrative assistant to work on data set up sheets for inventory products. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our Sales Managers and other members of sales team as well as assist in daily office administrative needs.
Great opportunity for college graduates seeking office experience in particularly in sales arena. Analyze and report on product with sell through reports. Support executive management, brand managers, and sales personnel to lighten the load of general sales administrative activities.
1. Prepare weekly sell-thru reports for top accounts and distribute via email to interested parties
2. Process orders via EDI, and manually as needed
3. Builds and submits set-up sheets for new product, and sends to retail buyers.
4. Works with marketing team to update SOC forms for customers requiring testing
5. Provides weekly updates by consolidating, and forwarding daily action summaries
6. Attends sales meetings, and conference calls. Assists with follow up action items and notes.
7. Supports all staff by answering incoming phones, and returning general in box calls.
8. Updates customer information in database when needed.
9. Attends trade-shows to promote product, and assist with meetings
10. Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitive activity
11. Maintain frequent communications with all interested parties
12. Other requests as specified from time to time
